Paddon Rallysport Group rally crew
In partnership with Paddon Rallysport Group, we are giving our automotive apprentices the opportunity to join MITO Ambassadors Hayden Paddon and Emma Gilmour on their rally crew in 2026!
Successful applicants will spend time with the whole team to support Hayden and Emma with technical requirements and get to experience behind-the-scenes of professional motorsport.
Expected to support the team where needed, this is an opportunity to be a part of a world-competing rally team.
Flights and any other travel to and from the event, food, and accommodation will be covered by MITO and Paddon Rallysport.
Applications close one month prior to event dates, at which time we will be in contact with the successful applicant/s.
There is one space available at the Dunedin, Napier, and Whangārei's events. There are two spaces available at the Wyndham and Christchurch events.
