Hosted by the Careers and Transition Education Association of New Zealand (CATE NZ), IAEVG Conference 2026 will be held from 25–27 November 2026 at the New Zealand International Convention Centre in Auckland.
This major international gathering will bring together researchers, policymakers, practitioners, and educators to explore innovative practice, research, and policy in educational, vocational, and career guidance. MITO will be onsite throughout the conference.
The conference theme is Navigating the Future—inspired by the way our ancestors traversed the Pacific, guided by the stars. This theme reflects our shared journey toward new horizons in guidance theory, practice, research and global collaboration.
