The programme includes a mix of workplace learning and assessments via eLearning, allowing you to complete the programme in your own time and at your own pace.
You can access your programme resources, including study guides, videos, and online assessments, at any time and from any device – mobile phone, tablet, or computer.
Real-time results and progress reports are available through MITO’s online portal to both you and your supervisor.
Programme outline
Choose to complete one or more of the following qualifications:
- New Zealand Certificate in Automotive Collision Repair (Level 3)
- New Zealand Certificate in Automotive Collision Repair (Non-Structural Repair) (Level 4)
- New Zealand Certificate in Automotive Collision Repair (Non-Structural Repair) (Level 4) with optional strand in Structural Repair Technician
Structural Repair Technician strand (standalone option):
- New Zealand Certificate in Automotive Collision Repair (Non-Structural Repair) (Level 4) – Strand in Structural Repair Technician
Note: you must have previously completed the New Zealand Certificate in Collision Repair (Non-Structural Repair) (Level 4) to be eligible to enrol into the strand in Structural Repair Technician.
Training fee
The training fee is $1,200 (excluding GST and any bulk learner discount). Note this is an annual fee and is refundable.
Shorter programmes (approximately one year, including the Structural Repair Technician strand) are charged as a fixed, non-refundable fee. If completing the strand only, fees will reflect the time required.
