Join the Hyundai rally team
Hyundai NZ is searching for a passionate young motor trades student to join the Hyundai team for the NZ Rally in the Bay of Plenty.
Applicants must be a student of motor trades, include a CV with their application and a photo, and be available to travel to Raglan and Tauranga for the event from 24–26 November. The winner will have a tutor join them for the weekend, have travel and accommodation and a team jacket provided by Hyundai NZ.
Applications close 14 November with the winner announced Thursday 16 November.

About the New Zealand Rally Championship
The final round of the 2017 New Zealand Rally Championship will take place over the weekend of 24-26 November with 14 special stages covering 280 kilometres.
The competitive action will start Saturday morning with teams heading over the Kaimai ranges to the West Coast and eight stages covering 200 kilometres based from a central service park at Raglan. Stages including Te Akau, Te Hutewai and the iconic WRC Rally NZ signature test – the world renowned Whaanga Coast – 29 kilometres of winding gravel coast road, await drivers.
Leg two on Sunday is based from the ASB Baypark Stadium and takes in six special stages to the south of Tauranga including the 25 kilometre Manawahe test. The road winds through farmland and around Lake Rotoma with the favourite spectator vantage point at Helicopter corner. Tauranga has also enabled Rally NZ to include a mix of our traditional stages in the Waikato and Raglan districts along with reintroducing some old favourites in the Bay of Plenty.
