Te Pūkenga organisational design and direction
From 15 August to 2 September Te Pūkenga is engaging with all staff about the proposed organisation and leadership structure and regional delivery framework. The proposed structure has been designed to put in place the leadership structure Te Pūkenga needs to fulfil its Charter commitments to learners, their whānau, Te Tiriti o Waitangi partners, employers and priority communities - Māori, Pacific and disabled people.
By bringing together Ako Delivery Networks (teaching, training, learner wellbeing and employer functions), and regions, Te Pūkenga is proposing a unified structure that will build on the strengths of on-job, on-campus and online vocational and applied learning.
To view the proposed structure visit the Te Pūkenga website.
During the period of engagement, our customers can provide comment on the organisational direction and design by completing a questionnaire.
Alternatively, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org. All feedback will be considered, with priority weighting given to Te Pūkenga staff.
