• The jobseeker agrees to being contacted by any registered employer using the contact details provided in their profile. 
• MITO will not provide the jobseeker with any contact details for employers.
• The jobseeker agrees to their first name, location(s) they are seeking employment and industry and job role preference(s) being visible to the public.
• Jobseeker profiles are valid for a period of 90 days.  
• Jobseeker profiles will not be re-listed unless mutually agreed.
• There is no fee, charge or financial cost for using this service.
• MITO is not liable for any financial or unintended outcomes from providing this service.
• MITO provides no guarantee of finding employment as a result of using this service.
• Jobseekers agree to be contacted by MITO regarding this service. 
• MITO reserves the right to de-register jobseekers at any time if the Jobseeker Terms  and Conditions have been breached or the service is being used inappropriately.
• MITO retains the right to modify the Jobseeker Terms and Conditions at our discretion without giving notice to those using the service.
