This programme is designed for production or service staff who will be contributing to the implementation of competitive systems and practices within their organisation.
It provides the skills and knowledge to identify, implement and sustain process improvements in their own work, under limited supervision.
PROGRAMME OUTLINE

New Zealand Certificate in Competitive Systems and Practices (Level 3) includes the following outcomes:
- Identify waste within a process and take action to minimise it
- Identify cost factors within own control and take action to improve cost efficiency
- Apply competitive systems and practices concepts to implement improvements in own work
- Understand and address the impact of change resulting from the implementation of improvements in own work
- Sustain the implemented workplace improvements.
