EWP Service Technician
We are looking for a person to fill an Access Equipment Technician role within a unique industry. We are seeking someone that is looking for a job that is beyond the automotive. The role is that of an EWP Technician and is based in our Christchurch workshop. This will be a 'learn on the job' role but you will need existing skills in both mechanical and automotive electrical. You will need to have a desire to learn and be willing to challenge yourself.
This is an opportunity to work within a great work culture and to be exposed to the hydraulic industry and everything that it has to offer. In this role you will be part of the access team with some potential for working with our hydraulic technicians as well, depending on your skill set.
Working with others, and independently to service and maintain access equipment, you will also have the opportunity to become qualified to certify this equipment. You will be working directly with customers and suppliers also. This role is mostly workshop based but there can be opportunities to work out in the field depending on your ability. You will be using vehicles and equipment so a full clean driver licence is a requirement, along with a focus on safety.
