StartUp® costs and funding for schools
MITO charges your school an annual training fee for each of the two StartUp® programmes the individual student is enrolled in.
Initial and annual fees
When you register your student for either the Ignition or Accelerate programme, you pay a fee of $100 (including GST).
Assessments
Schools will assess unit standards in their base scope accreditation (BSAS). MITO will assess remaining unit standards.
Funding for StartUp®
You can apply for Gateway or STAR funding to cover the costs of the StartUp® programme in your school. These funds support students’ learning in the workplace and making a successful transition from school to work.
