Who the programme is for

The MITO First Line Management Programme is for anyone who wants to advance to a management position in MITO's industries.

The programme provides you with essential training if you:

  • want to become a supervisor
  • are already a supervisor.

The programme has been designed to meet the demands of business, whether you're currently in business administration, sales, or based in the workshop.

You will gain the National Certificate in Business (First Line Management) (Level 4) which leads on from the Level 3 qualifications in MITO’s Business Administration Programme.

 

 

What the programme involves

 

We have designed the MITO First Line Management Programme to cover the widest possible range of workplace situations. The 1-year programme combines workplace experience with tutorial workshops and home study. It includes:

  • customised resource materials for the unit standards
  • a tutorial workshop approximately every second month for the duration of the programme.
