NZ Motor Industry Training Organisation (Inc) (MITO)

MITO's Business Skills programmes offer you training that's designed for administration and management in the motor industry and industrial textile fabrication industry.

Administration Programme (Introductory Management, Business, and Computing)

This two year programme is for people who work in administration or in technical teams.

It aims to help you develop your career prospects, including taking roles in management and beyond.

It gives you a chance to expand and enhance your skills in computing, communication and team-building, while learning more about your industry.

First Line Management Programme

This one year programme is for people in a supervisory role or who intend to move into a supervisory role.

It offers you an opportunity for both personal and professional development and the chance to turn your skills into credentials for management positions.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Programme 

The ICT Programme supports apprentices to cope with the technological demands of your workplace using up-to-date electronic study resources provided by MITO.

It can be completed alongside an apprenticeship and takes approximately 12 months to complete. Graduates can achieve a National Certificate in Computing (Level 2).
