- determine the cause and solution to the problem
- supervise the rectification of the problem.

You will be required to:
- investigate a reported automotive mechanical and/or bodywork problem verifying the symptoms and identifying the issues
- determine the cause and solution to any problems
- supervise the rectification and retesting of any problems.
This will involve completing a workplace report.
