MITO's Strategic Training Plans (STP) provide an overview of the current and future skill needs in the automotive and industrial textile fabrication industries.
MITO engaged three reference groups within each industry to provide feedback throughout the STP development process, these were secondary schools, tertiary education providers and industry leaders.
